Besides The Carter III coming out June 10th. N.E.R.D. Seeing Sounds and Coldplay's album are coming out as well. N.E.R.D.'s Seeing Sounds is your hip-hop/pop/rap music that has good songs. It is worth buying it. Coldplay's album is phenomenal and its a definite buy on June 10th.

Some news and songs
Ok first off, there's some rumors that the Carter III that leaked is not that actual album because some songs are missing from it and some of the songs sound like blends. The Carter III comes out June 10th I believe so pick up your copy then because that is for sure the official one.
